Access to huge learning resources, primarily Virtual Patients and also improvement in the Curriculum – eg ensuring that for every class that is offered, the learning objectives  and outcomes should be there.

1 paper submitted  in e-Learning Africa at the Zambia meeting May 2010  and one in Ghana
